前身是由上海新沪玻璃有限公司、日本SOLTEC Co., Ltd、上海苏迈进出口有限公司、香港港和光学有限公司共同投资组建的中外合资企业。为上海新沪玻璃厂气炼石英玻璃分厂，历史悠久。主要生产和加工石英玻璃及光学玻璃、微晶玻璃等制品。特别是环、板、片、管、棒、舟架、缸体、坩埚、仪器等多规格、多类型的近百种石英玻璃，广泛应用于光学元件、光学镀膜、光伏产业、光纤通信、半导体微电子、冶金、化工、医疗生物、天文宇航等领域，以“技术新、品种齐、质量高”著称于石英行业。公司2014年起生产逐步搬迁至山东郯城，现生产基地位于山东省郯城县。公司通过了IS0 9001质量管理体系认证，公司始终坚持 “精心制作、精诚服务、精益求精”质量方针，竭诚满足顾客的需求，与顾客合作互利、共同发展。
